Your complaints will be resolved completely and immediately. All issues will be resolved to your satisfaction. Directors and Supervisors in each center are empowered to and entrusted to resolve parent issues immediately. Either a Supervisor or Director is on duty at all times. If the Director is not in the center, she can be reached by asking the Supervisor to call her or by calling her on her cell, or by emailing her.
