At the time of enrollment, parents will be asked to choose a payment schedule. In order to accommodate parents we offer flexible schedules. Parents can pay weekly, bi-weekly, or pre-pay monthly. Once a payment schedule has been established, parents are expected to pay in full and on time. All accounts that are seven (7) days past due based on established agreement will be charged a weekly late fee of $5.00 or 2% of past due balance, whichever is greater. In order to receive pre-pay monthly rate, payment for the entire month must be received by the 5th of the month.
We accept virtually all forms of tuition assistance including Kentucky Child Care Subsidy administered by 4-C. Parents are responsible for amounts not covered by assistance. We accept Mastercard and Visa.
The Primary House offers the following discounts:
Hardin Memorial Hospital (HMH) Discount- Employees of Hardin Memorial Hospital are given a ten percent (10%) discount on tuition. In addition, Registration Fees ($25.00 per child) are waived for HMH employees.
Multi-child Discount -Full tuition is charged for the youngest child in the family. A ten percent discount on tuition is given to all other children in the family. In addition, the maximum Registration Fee ($25.00 per child) per family is $50.00. In other words, the Registration Fee is charged for only the first two children.
Note: If parents qualify for 4-C assistance, discounts will be applied to benefit the family, not the subsidy program.
